Soliciting wedding planner help for La/malibu this Jul

Hi all. looking to plan a simple beach ceremony wedding for this coming july in malibu. i’m not local but lived in LA and familiar with the area.

primarily need wedding planner to help select the malibu beach location for a simple, small 15ish minute ceremony with about 20 people. we have the dinner reception already reserved.
need help with
beach location selection
day of setup for ceremony
stylist options for the bride
photographer
flower recommendations
probably some other things not thinking of
nothing too complex, just trying to keep it simple.
