Sola flower bouquet - diy greenery Question

Lia, on September 14, 2019 at 8:41 PM Posted in Do It Yourself 0 13
Hi all! I’m planning on DIY-ing bouquets out of Sola Wood Flowers. For brides that went/are going this route - what are you using for greenery, dried or artificial? What kinds and where are you ordering from that looks good??

I was originally going to order sola bouquets off etsy. The bouquets I found most attractive were sola mixed with dried. I'm making my own bouquets now and I'm usually all higher quality faux, but doing dried baby's breath as some filler.

I'm doing sola flowers with dried fillers. I'm using green caspia (also called German statice) and gold baby's breath. I also have natural colored bunny tails and might get some feather grass as well. I just started stemming the flowers when the filler came in so I just threw some on top and took a photo.

I bought my kit from an Etsy shop. I actually used a ton of greenery and ran out on the last bouquet so had to get more. I ended up finding the same greenery at Michael's. It is by Ashland and they generally are a good brand.
