Soft Ivory Dress: Should I get a white or ivory fur bolero?

Hello. This is my first time posting to the forums. My wedding date is 2/14/14.

I recently bought Casablanca Dress 2077 in Ivory. It is a soft ivory. I can barely tell it is ivory at all, except in certain lights. I really want a faux fur bolero for my winter wedding, but I am not sure if I should get it in white or standard ivory. I am worried that the white bolero will be to bright and make my dress noticeably ivory and if I get the ivory bolero that the fur will look yellowy.

What do you think? Should I buy the white fur bolero or the ivory fur bolero? Any other suggestions are also welcome.

I would do an ivory faux fur.

If your dress is "barely ivory" a white bolero could make the dress look "dirty". The ivory would complement the dress.

I agree with Kathy. Mixing colors is very sensitive and you do not want the light to hit your dress in an on flattering way. I think this is a great idea and I love your style, but when it comes to colors it's either make a bold contrast (like black and gold) or show off one subtle color with a accent (like a white gown accented with crystal)

I also say Ivory. I am on my second and final dress haha, but my first dress (cheapo from internet) was a Soft Ivory and when I tried pairing it with white shrugs, it did NOT work. I would go with Ivory!
