Soda

I’d prefer warm Cans with crushed ice available. I hate sticking my hand in ice and rooting around to find my desired drink. I’d rather take a warm can and add ice.

Hi, Melle! The iced tea and lemonade will be in big Mason jar drink dispensers. Undecided if water will be bottles or another dispenser. Coffee will be coffee pots, possibly Keurigs for a variety. We are supplying our own beverages, having catered meal.

Cans with ice is my preference

I would do the cans chilling in ice but I can see how that would be super awkward to put your hands into icy cold water/ice bucket. Do you have anyone who can monitor the containers and maybe drain them if they are mostly water? And add more ice?

I also don't like digging around in ice water. so I'd vote for warm!

I'd vote for cans in ice, because pouring warm soda over ice will result in a watered down mess.

I would say crushed ice and warm cans! That way no one is digging around to find something specific. And you don't have to worry about having equal amounts of everything already cold. plus sometime people love to just eat the ice, like me

Thanks to everyone who replied! While I really like the idea of pop cans on ice, we will be going with cans and crushed for a glass. After it was pointed out, I wouldn't want to search through ice for a Diet Coke, either! 😂

I would have coke & sprite for sure. I think buying cans and having them in buckets with ice is a good idea. I think it depends on your crowd, we have a lot of people that like mountain dew so we would probably have mountain dew, coke, sprite, ginger ale and root beer if we had to DIY.
