Hello 👋🏽

I am getting married in Nov 2022 and want to lower costs where I can and get deals where I can. Unfortunately due to large amount family and friends, we really won’t be able to have a wedding below 200 guests. I know that seems insane, but truly that amount encompasses close family and friends only. So in the interest of saving money, can anyone reply with their favorite low cost vendors for large weddings 🤗 Nothing is too cheap for me, I am willing to consider all options haha because I know even with cheaper options there is always a way to elevate your wedding ❤️

I love brunch weddings! I have been to more brunch weddings than evening weddings and I have always enjoyed the brunch weddings. And they tend to be way cheaper as well

Do a Google/Yelp search in Los Angeles or San Diego (whichever is closer to you) for wholesale florists. In L.A. for example there is an entire square mile or so of various shops that sell products at cost, everything from flowers to wedding dresses.

For Instagram, type in LosAngelesweddingphotographer or whatever vendor you want.

Oh cool! I’m from OC and currently live in Seal Beach.

What kind of budget are you realistically looking at? Have you looked at The Estate on Second in Santa Ana?
A few years ago, my brother had close to 500 people at his wedding. It was at Mon Amour Banquet in Anaheim. The outside doesn’t look amazing (it’s in the middle of a strip mall area), but inside was gorgeous! They had beautiful lush centerpieces. It definitely looked like an upscale ballroom reception you’d find in a hotel. It was multiple courses that included lobster (they chose traditional Vietnamese and Chinese dishes, but I think they have other options!). The venue also allowed them to bring in their own alcohol so they saved by buying it at Costco. I’m pretty sure they spent less than $45k. That included bride’s dress, hair, makeup, photographer, videographer, gelato vendor, late night taco truck, cake, photo booth, etc.
