Socal Wedding Date in August?

Hi everyone! My fiancé and I are still trying to determine the best wedding date with the limited options we have due to Covid-19. There’s a possibility we might not get our date in September and the only options available for our preferred venue is in August (go figure lol). For those of you who had an outdoor wedding in Los Angeles, California during August — what was your experience like? Was it hot and would you recommend it?

Hey Kyle! You can use weather.com and farmers almanacs to check out the average temperatures in LA in August - it looks like the average daily highs are around 85 degrees!
I'd also think about your shade situation (is there any?) and what time your wedding starts! The later in the evening you can have your reception the cooler it will be! Being near the water would be nice as well for a breeze.
