Brooch bouquets are beautiful and unique. I think you will have a tough time with real flowers since flowers aren't naturally gray, midnight blue or silver. The only gray/silver plants I can think of are Lamb's Ear and Dusty Miller.

You could just do a very small bouquet? Or a corsage?

What about a single flower bouquet or one that only uses one kind of bloom? I think simpler bouquets like this are stunning:

I love these! I actually made my own brooch bouquet and smaller (semi) brooch bouquets for my bridal party. You could totally make your own and add whatever color brooches you like to match your color schemeSmiley smile

You could always go the silk flower route with those colors. 😃 I wanted gold in my bouquet and went with silk flowers that were spray painted and gold tipped.

You can still do flowers but a lot of blue flowers are dyed. Using the site I bought my flowers from but you can order them anywhere!

Do you like DIY? you might be able to make a bouquet with Ribbons, brooches & fake flowers (mainly cause you'll want to do this way in advance). Take a silver circular brooch, glue on some midnight blue ribbons or sequiny fabric pieces to look like flower pedals and attach a wire stem so you can space them out accordingly and your brooches will go further depending on how wide of loops you use for the ribbon. You could also add some midnight blue or grey plastic florals in between to bring in the floral element you love and have extra ribbons or grey or blue beads hanging from the bouquet or leave space for a few real flowers to add on the day of just to give it a little bit of the real flower smell/feel. It would be a bit of work but it be very unique and customized. It could also be very fun!

I'm having a feather bouquet. You can find them on etsy for like $40. My mom is very crafty and made me one.
