Most importantly is the amount of food we eat. That’s the hardest part for me during this lockdown. Kids are home, food everywhere 🤪

I've made simple small changes. Drink lots of water, smaller portions, eat more fruits/veggies. It's really made me feel better and I haven't had any of those sweet cravings at all anymore.

Speak to a seamstress to see what can be done about your dress should you not hit your weight loss goal. Personally, intermittent fasting has been a game changer for me.

You have so much time that you can definitely focus on dieting/exercising in a healthy way! If you’re able to, see a professional. Start with a nutritionist that can work with you creating a good healthy diet for you. Then increase your exercise. What kind of workouts do you do now, how often and what do you like? A personal trainer could also be helpful!

It looks like you’re going to need to lose AT LEAST 3 dress sizes. It is a significant amount of weight to lose but you have an entire year to do it so it is definitely doable if you take it seriously and do the work! I would suggest not eating any more than 1500 cal per day and getting at least 30 minutes of hard cardio (you should be sweating by the end of it) every day. Up your water intake and try to move as much as possible throughout your day. Good luck!! You can do this!!

Cut out carbs, and stick to a low calorie diet. Also just watch your overall consumption. You can be in a low-carb diet, but if you consume too much meat you will still gain weight. Most importantly, drink water, and get in at least 20 to 40 minutes of cardio day. I’m used to doing 45 minutes of cardio a day, but if you are not used to that, if you start off with just 20 minutes a day that’s going to be a major improvement in your body will notice it and drop the weight.

My personal favorite is advanced Pilates. It’s a good way to get in a stretch as well as core strength and cardio. Also look at the pictures of yourself that you don’t like and pinpoint the things that you hate the most and make those focus points your goals to try to work on the most. But most importantly you are beautiful and you have to tell yourself that you are worth it and stick to the plan! Good luck!
