I got mine off the rack from a bridal store for $800

I missed the word slow. I’m not sure what that means. My dress was a traditional dress. So maybe ignore my comment.

Etsy has linen dresses that you can buy in white and reuse later. Or buy a white linen skirt and top.

I’ve been looking into this as well! I don’t have any brand but I’ve found from blogs that many people buy a secondhand dress or borrow one, buy a non-wedding simple white dress from a sustainable store, buy a sample instead of ordering new, or buy sustainable fabric & have a dress custom made. Personally, I’ll probably focus on finding either a secondhand dress or buying a sample, ideally from a local independent store.
