Slanted Photo Booth Frames for favors

Lindsey, on June 1, 2018 at 12:49 AM Posted in Etiquette and Advice 0 9

We are having a photobooth for the wedding so I thought a nice favor would be a stand up frame so that people can display them at their houses and the photobooth photo doesn't get damaged ( I have one that has been on my fridge and its starting to curl over)

we currently have 100 frames but I wasn't sure if we should buy more. we have 82 "households" that include 134 adults. I didn't know if I should buy more since all the times I have gone to wedding I normally grab just one, since my FH and I are at the same house and wont need two. Also, I am not sure if all the guests will participate.

what would you do? I would hate to buy 50 more (that's the min amount) and waste them all.

    I love that idea.

if you are doing these frames as wedding favors, then it should be 1/guest in my opinion.

Is your photo booth a take as many pics as you want thing? If so, as a guest I would take a few pics with myself & who I’m attending with,& would love to do with newlyweds & friends. So i would need/want 2 of them, the favor that I get & the 1 my FH gets (since what’s his is mine lol) & put them both up.

Are they returnable if not used?

No, they come in packs of 50 so we would have to return 50 unopened

Amazon! we found some non-personalized ones that had inserts already. you can probably buy them blank and buy personalized or diy them yourself. we just stuck with the ones that had a cute little saying because we didn't want to spend money to customize something that will be getting taken off in like 2 minutes. we are displaying them by the photobooth, if they were on the guest tables we probably would have personalized, I didn't want to crowed the table with them though

My niece had those frames for her favors for the photo booth. I would suggest placing them at each seat at the reception. She had someone from the photo booth company (came with the price of the booth so kinda cool) give them out to each person who used the booth. Which was not a lot sadly. We even put a cute little poem inside each frame:

Your Presence Here Today, Makes a Picture Perfect Day! Bride & Groom Wedding Date

She had SOOOOOOO MANY left over. I don't think half of the guests even knew there was a photo booth. No announcements about it were made. So if you have one, I suggest having your DJ make multiple announcements, and put the frames around the tables at each place setting to kind of clue in everyone what's there.

The venue owns the photobooth so I don't think that will be a problem, its pretty apparent that its there, plus we have been hyping it up for the last few weeks.

I don't want to put it on the actual guest table because I don't want to clutter the table.

Do you have a local wedding flea market. Check your Facebook for this. There you may be able to find a good deal on frames from other brides who over bought. Also, you could buy extras and resell them on the Facebook group as well.
