Skims Sculpt Low Back Short

Hi everyone! I am getting my dress altered to have a low back. I purchased the spanx everyday shaping thong, which works great for slimming and smoothing my tummy, but it is more high rise than I was expecting and shows through the see through lace of my dress. I was thinking of purchasing the skims sculpt low back short, but am not sure. If any of you have tried them or have any other suggestions for low back shapewear, that would be awesome. I am looking only for bottoms and not a bodysuit. TIA!
