It's hard to judge postpartum because a lot depends on how delivery goes. At three months shell probably be reasonably close to what she is now. If she's between sizes order up and have it taken in.

You go home from the hospital looking about 5 months pregnant. Sizing is hard because you don’t know what your body will do. I had a baby in February and I’ve fluctuated so much. I would suggest something lose and not tight on the stomach or arms. I breastfeed for 2 months and I’m back down to the cup size I was at around 4 months, but I know people who are smaller then before the baby, but if she plans to be breastfeeding they will really swollen.
