www.payless.com. I think they go up to size 13 for women I got these there for less than $30, and I think they're a 10.5. Good luck!

I feel your pain in the opposite direction. I have to buy most of my shoes online because I wear a 5- 5 1/2. It's hard finding them that small.

Torrid has really nice shoes. You can also get size 12 at shoe show. I am a size 12 wide so i definitely understand the pain. I am wearing flat sparkly sandals and I got mine from avenue.com. you can also try Lane Bryant. Those are the places i shop for shoes.

I wear 11 or 12 wide, usually 12. I have a heck of a time finding shoes and I even work in a shoe store. I found a pair at musthaveshoes.com I would agree with the other posts, payless has some super cute stuff too. Good luck!

A wildcard... I've ordered these myself, and they are SO BEAUTIFUL... they have them in silver, gold, warm white, cool white, and "something blue"... http://www.shopbeachcombers.com/Khussa-Indian-Shoes-Size-12-s/68.htm $37. NOTE: If you have a WIDE foot you need to go up a size, and these won't work in that case, but if you're a normal width, they may just work. They mold to your feet, are 100% leather soles and insides, and the fabric is SILK, which also means you can even dye them after the wedding, to wear with jeans or dresses and have a souvineer of your wedding all the time!

The couple that runs the business is nice as can be. These could also be great reception shoes - you'll need to break them in, though... they mold to your feet, so they'll need time to do that.
