Hi everyone! Our wedding is coming up soon so we recently set out invites with a link to rsvp on this site. We've been contacted several times by people saying the link took them to a blank page on mobile. One guest told us it was fine on a desktop, but he couldn't see it on mobile either. However, both my fiance and I have experimented with the link in multiple settings and we haven't had any issues with it. Does anyone have any ideas about what's going on? We have had very few people rsvp so far, so I'm concerned that this might be negatively impacting the response rate.
I am currently having this same problem. I cannot view it on my phone. But every guest that has the link it loads with no problem. I thought I sent guests the wrong link when it was just my phone that is is not working with.

Wedding Wire Admin: I am currently having the same issue as well. The web page is blank when typing in the weddingwire.com/customurl site. On the Pixel 3XL with chrome browser nothing shows up. On Galaxy S7 with chrome browser it loads a page with background image, but nothing else; you have to select the menu on the top left for any of the info to start to show up. Also on the desktop (Chrome and Edge) if I go to the custom url site, it loads to the Welcome page. However none of the info we created shows up, until you click one of the menu items on the left, then it starts to show up.
I've been having the same problem using google chrome and I have galaxy s9. I just tapped the 3 dots on the right that give you the drop down menu for the google browser (it shows bookmarks, history, etc) I checked the box that says desktop site and MAGIC! I can now see my wedding wire page! Hope this helps!
I found this thread because i was having trouble with the mobile site. i was trying to get to it from within the weddingwire app, which i downloaded to be able to edit my website. it would take me to the Welcome page fine, but then wouldn't load any other pages, it would come up with a blank page and an error message.
it works fine when i typed in the URL in my browser on my phone--we paid for the custom URL, mostly so i can download the site because i put a LOT into it. I have a galaxy s8 and use chrome as my browser. so, before you decide it's broken, if you're navigating using the app, try just typing it into a browser! thought i'd comment here in case this helps anyone else.
