Single Flower for Bridesmaids

We are having a beach wedding with a reception in a small ballroom. (Our budget went a lot to sit down dinner, my dress and band so we had limited budget left for flowers). I decided to have maid and matron of honor hold 3 coral Gerber daises with baby's breath and other 3 bridesmaids hold one single coral gerber daisy wrapped in silver sparkle wrap (our colors are silver, coral and aqua). Their dresses are aqua with silver shoes. My bouquet will be 6 white roses and 4 Gerber daisies. Is this tacky to do one single flower for some of the bridesmaids? If so, is there any suggestions (cost effective) to make the flowers look more elegant. We are paying for our own wedding. Thanks everyone.

I've heard of it but I've never seen it. I don't see a problem though. Have the wedding you can afford

Sounds pretty to me, especially for a beach wedding it is nice to be a bit more simple I think.

Very pretty and simple. Nice for a beach wedding. Your guests may not even notice, and if they find it "tacky" you could politely remind them that you are paying for your own wedding.

I'm doing single flowers (calla lilies). Its definitely not tacky and to be honest your bridesmaids might like the idea too, I hear bouquets can be very heavy.
