I know it's unlikely to find a exact copy of this dress but if anyone has a dress that's similar I would greatly appreciate it! Any suggestions welcome!!!

Wow, that is gorgeous and straight out of a Jane Austen novel! I don’t have any suggestions for something similar, but there are a lot of affordable custom designers who can look at the photos and make something similar if that’s a route you’re willing to take.

Moonlight Couture's H1482 is somewhat similar if we just focus on silhouettes and sleeve length. No ruffles, but the bishop sleeves are cute!

Just thought of something: maybe buy a regular strapless dress (I've seen some with very similar skirts) and wear a topper (maybe check Etsy to see if someone could custom make one with the ruffles)
