I wanna get a groove ring and my normal ring size is 5.5. Should i size up to a 6 or down to a 5?? Thanks ladies

I bought FH a Groove ring! His ring size is 9.5. I purchased a size 9 and it fits him well

I ordered my silicon ring true to size which is a 5 and it fit perfectly. I wore it last weekend to Six Flags and had no problem with it at all.

I ordered my silicone ring true to size and it turned out fine. They obviously have a little more elasticity then a metal ring. This will come in handy when your hands are dry or cold when rings typically slip.
