Hey everyone! I’m having some trouble with side dishes for the reception. Our main dish is wood fired pizza! We have different types so everyone can have something. I was thinking pasta salad and french bread but I don’t know what else. We would be making the sides ourselves so it needs to be relatively easy to make and can be made in big batches the day before. Any and all ideas are welcome. Thank you!

We had wood fired pizza four our rehearsal dinner! We offered side salads!!

I second the side salad idea! It’s really easy to chop up multiple heads of lettuce in a big party bowl (maybe mix in some mixed greens for color) and have 2 salad dressings on the side (ranch and a vinaigrette of some kind)

We’re also having wood fired pizza at our wedding & we will be offering chicken Caesar salad with garlic toast points in addition to 4 different types of pizza.

My main concern was having something of substance for people who may not want pizza.
