Shuttle/coach rental - Stroudsburg, pa

I'm getting married in Stroudsburg too. Im forgoing transportation. It's just an extra expense. My girls are okay with that. They are also all money savvy. But idk anyone in a Stroudsburg for transportation. I might have a book somewhere from my venue. If I find it I'll post pics.

I’d love to take care of guests and minimize my own worries of everyone driving after the reception and drinking, but I seriously don’t know if I can fathom throwing down a few grand to transport people for a 15 minute drive. The quote I got was from the 1 company our venue recommended, and it’s weirdly hard to find companies in the area. Just trying to explore all possibilities!

I don't have a specific company to look at, but maybe how far away is your venue from the hotel? If it's a smaller distance (15 min drive or less) I would suggest a smaller shuttle bus that could make a few runs. That is what I am providing for my guests.

Look into school busses. First Student is everywhere and I’ve heard good things. We did go with them, but I think our quote was like $350 for about the same size and distance as you.

View Quoted Comment Call around. This is what transportation looks like. 2/28 passenger shuttles: 2 runs for bridal party to venue for pictures, then guest runs starting at 415 for 500 ceremony. Then 9-11 as many runs as needed until all guests are gone. They are only charging me 900 including tips for the drivers. My advice would be to ask around. I didn't want anything fancy and I can change my shuttles depending on if guests indicate needing a ride or not on the rsvp card
