Showering together: romantic or not?

FH says it's romantic and fun. I agree about 60% of the time. The other 40% I just want to get in, get washed and get out. The fooling around can be annoying.

Always hot. I'll never get tired of looking at him naked.

DH and I shower together about 80% of the time he's home. He travels during the week so we enjoy the extra time together on weekends.

Mandatory in our house. we do not shower a part. that would just be weird.

We shower together when we feel like having sex in the shower. It's a given if he hops in the shower.

SHOWER SEX is THE BEST sex.

We do both, shower together and alone. Keeps things unpredictable lol

Shower sex doesn't even happen a majority of the time, we just don't shower apart.

I shower alone but he comes in to wash my back every night! Dh is the sweetest man I have ever known.

Not romantic. I would always be considered about keeping my hair dry and a shower cap is just not sexy at all.

@CrtnJ - i know the struggles! lmao, but I am comfortable in a shower cap around my FH, he has seen the good, bad, and ugly. lol

Sometimes. But I can't believe some brides shower with their FH/H everyday! We get ready for work at different times so I guess that makes sense why we don't.

Its one of those things that doesn't happen much. If it does it is solely for the purpose of clean sex lol

I love it! I'll get in, wash my hair and body, he gets in, we hold each other and enjoy the water, then I'll get out and he'll wash up. We love that time together, especially after 2 kids on you nonstop small moments like that are really special and romantic.

ETA: I do NOT have sex in the shower. FH is tall and I'm short. It's not easy for us to do. Lol.

FH and I shower together often. I love it, but sometimes we just want that "me" time

We shower together every day...as AlmostMrsKing says it would be weird if we didn't ;-)

I am amazed by the couples who shower together DAILY. OMG! FH and I don't even have the same schedule to make that happen. I do like it. I just hate it when Im in the back freezing my bootay off while he rinses off. Ugh!

Lol @mrsadams I feel the same way! We've already decided that when we build our next house it's going to have dual shower heads.

We rarely shower apart.
