Just went to my 2nd dress fitting this weekend. The train is really long and it makes for a great bustle.!

While I did not LOVE my dress, it was a suitable replacement only 5 days before the wedding (and emergency alterations). I got a lot of compliments on it and it was about 1/5 of the price of the dress I originally ordered (still waiting for that refund, too)!

I feel like the pics of me in my dress don't do it justice b/c I was being so goofy that day.... so I included the ad and I feel like I need to have a photoshoot w/me in the dress b4 the wedding day to get some great pics of me w/my *other true love, my dress!!!

Here's the ad, I bought the black/sparkly sash too and have an ivory birdcage veil that I'm wearing. And I'm jumping in the pool @ my reception, so here's a pic of my "post-pool dress" as I refer to it (it was only $100 b.t.w)

@WHITNEY A., I almost bought your dress...It was at David's Bridal. The experience in the shop was so bad I walked out. I went to a smaller shop - non commercial & went with something that had all the elements i loved in other dresses.

This is me in my gown the day I picked it out. I kept having second thoughts about it because I wanted something a little more "out of the box" than this dress, but i finally love it.

Here is mine - I love it because it was SOOOO comfy! It was very light and airy which was perfect for our afternoon, early summer outdoor wedding. Also, I have never been a fan of "poofy" dresses on me.

Ahh! Just got a call that my dress came in a month earlier than expected!! Here is a picture of me in the sample from the side, and from the front with the sparkly sash i just ordered a few weeks ag (and spend a bit too much on...).

Here's mine! I LOVE it..so happy with my choice! Now to lose about 10lbs to have it fit wonderfully...
