My FH proposed on the top of Fushimi-inari Shrine (Kyoto, Japan) right after releasing my god parents' ashes:

He said...

"I wanted to do this in front of them....will you marry me?"

We have been engaged since 12/20/15, and I greatly look forward to our wedding in November.
