Show off those Bridesmaids dresses!

My maid of honor was supposed to just have different flowers because I wanted everyone in the same dress, but after she got her dress altered she hated how it looked and was refusing to be in the wedding if she couldn't wear something else so I bought her a different dress a week before the wedding.

I'm personally a fan of everyone in the same color, but I understand that the exact same dress won't be flattering on everyone. I haven't officially picked my party so I haven't started looking into dresses, but same color with any style the bridesmaid is comfortable in is my current thought process.

The first one is my dress for my MOH and the second one is for my bridesmaid.

This is the dress I am going with for all of my Bridesmaids and MOH. I don't know that I'll do much to make my MOH stand out. I think it's a little strange when the MOH doesn't match. This dress is from Amazon and it's actually super nice.

My MOH is my best friend and my 3 bridesmaids are my younger sisters. They all have similar body types so it was pretty easy. We did change the color from Dusty Rose to Coral after trying dresses on because I was worried the Dusty Rose would wash them out. They get to pick their own accessories and shoes. I'm pretty excited!

We opted for a similar enough color palette and i let them choose their own gowns

My MOH is next to me, in a slightly darker blue. If we did it all over, I would have put her in a completely different color or WAY darker blue. To me, this just looked like she didn't match. Obviously not a huge deal & no one cared, but just if I did it over again.

We decided to go non-traditional with the Bridesmaid dresses and let them each have their own color.

originally had the idea of them in mismatched dresses to show off their
own styles but they all liked the dress below and since it had all of the
colors I didn't mind. Our theme is tropical getaway so our colors are
that of a really bright sunset. My MOH will be in yellow but other than
that I don't know if I will have anything to differentiate her from the
other girls.
