Show me your manzanita branches or curly willow branch centerpieces

Future Mrs G., on October 4, 2010 at 10:59 PM Posted in Planning 0 12

I am having an extremely hard time finding centerpieces that I like.. My colors are tiffany blue and hot pink and silver accents. I have googled and googled and googled various centerpieces and NONE catch my eye (except the ones that are like $100 per centerpiece). I am going to have a minimum 25 centerpieces...

I am also wanting to do a floral centerpiece as my other centerpieces that way they are not all the same.. any ideas girls????

Omg I can totally relate... I am in love with manzanita branch centerpeices, but they are super expensive...but past weekend I was at Michaels, and I found silver glittered branches with crystals! they were about $ 10 a peice. I dont have a pic for you but will take one tonight!

I don't even have pics of my centerpieces! My mom has them on her camera. So I will describe them:

I used a 5" high round dish, about 10" across. we put polished river rocks on the bottom. We then took curly willow stems and put the around the inside of the dish along the sides. We then took roses and floated them in the dish. We also had votives around the dish. If I can get my mom's camera and get the pictures on my comptuer at home I will post a picture.

Who says they have to be a certain type of branch? i got vases from the dollar store and painted them purple and i'm going to roll them in moss... fill them with some cement and stick some branches from my backyard in them. i'm hanging crystals on them (look up crystal garland on ebay) and attaching butterflies

I made this arrangement for a bridal show, and you could use different flowers and alternate tables with the big ones and the small one on the right.

Sorry the one on the right did not come out well. It just has some of the orchids in the glass beads with the hydrangea petals around it.
