Aw thank you! Yes!! We loved having some time alone to talk and be happy together. We had people come up and say Congrats and stuff. But overall we just got to enjoy our reception during dinner. Honestly we didnt sit much but I loved having a sweetheart table.

It's so important to have that time just the two of you on your big day! Gives you some sense of grounding instead of it all just being a chaotic blur!

View Quoted Comment Just brief details & no final meeting, as my date isn’t until 8/2019. But, no backdrop, the florist will still provide votive candles & moss on tables, but I will also have white lilies on there..I believe he said something about hanging hydrangea (like pictured) they also have lights & chandeliers..I basically want everything except the backdrop bc that’s more expensive. Our sweetheart table will be in front of an elongated window so it’s going to look nice when the natural lights shines through..we may possibly do draping..it isn’t a cheap project honestly lol but I put florals on my high wants & will be footing the bill myself

I'm glad you are coming up with priorities in terms of what you're willing to spend a little more on to have your dream come to fruition! It's really important to budget that way since a lot of aspects of wedding planning can turn out to be far more expensive than people think!
