Show me your bustle!!

Here is my bustle. My train falls at 3 different points not al even so some of my dress will still be on the ground. I’m fine with it though.

I don’t have photos yet but I’m tagging to add pics later! My seamstress is giving me two bustles. The under layer is extremely heavy and covered in glitter so it’s going to be folded under(Victorian?) and the upper layers are just going to be a 3 point American bustle. My bustle appointment is Wednesday, can’t wait!

View Quoted Comment Mine is this super lightweight fluffy silk tulle, it practically weighs nothing. The underlayer is satin or something? It’s extremely thick glitter perfection that shines through the tulle. Unfortunately that one layer makes my dress heavy.

She was always my favorite princess lol but the glittery aspect is my favorite part! The main thing I wanted in the dress was the glittery aspect whether it was from the lace applique or glitter throughout the dress lol

I was so nervous about my bustle because generally speaking I hate the look of bustles haha. But I was actually pleased with how it turned out -it broke towards the end of the night and my bridesmaid had to safety pin it up but that’s another story haha. The champagne lining was a 3 point hustle and just a 1 point bussle for the lace overlay

My cousin did my alterations and suggested a French bustle. I don't remember how many points, just that there were a lot haha

I’m pretty generally against bustles, and I’m not planning on getting one. I just wanted to say that OP, your bustle is the first one I’ve seen that i think actually looks really good. In the pictures, you can hardly tell it’s there. Your seamstress did a really good job.
