I am reserving rooms for guests after our wedding. Should my fiancé and I stay at the hotel as well? We weren’t planning on it since the hall is 15 minutes from our house.

We are 25min away and get a free suite so we are staying plus we will be drinking and it will be a long day. We are also getting a room for his mother, our officiant, as well and most likely paying for her. SO I will have to remind him of that when we sit down to budget out how much we are paying her for doing the ceremony.
