Should my registry be ready by the time I send out my Save the Dates?

I plan on sending my save the dates out in November with our wedding website URL on the bottom. Should I have our registry available to my guest at that time? Or should I wait until closer to our wedding 6/15/18 to worry about setting up a registry? If I wait to set up my registry, will my guest return to our website to look for the registry? Thanks in advance!

Our registry wasn't ready when we sent our save the dates. We didn't have a wedding website, either; the ladies who hosted my shower put that info on the shower invite, and those wedding guests who wanted to know asked us or my parents.

Our registry wasn't done when we sent out STDs. We just made sure to have it done in time for the shower.

I would have your registry done before any shower (if having any). Most guests won't look to buy a gift until near showers or the big day. We didn't have ours fully set up till after save the dates.

Have your registry ready before your shower. Maybe a couple weeks before so you can add and change things

I had some items on my registry before my STDs were sent out. I didn't complete my registry until right before my shower invites were sent out

Our registry has a handful of things on it and we are sending out STDs with the website within the next week or so. I highly doubt anyone is going to look at it until closer to the date

I did have the registry done before sending save the dates, but im pretty sure no one actually visited them until more recently when the shower invites went out.
