I’ve been really having a hard time deciding if I should lose weight or stay comfortable with how I am. I’m 5’3 and somewhere around 160 lbs. I’ve always been a curvy girl but I’m pretty confident with how I am. I feel like women are always going crazy to drop pounds before the big day. Which I...
Which I wouldn’t mind losing a few pounds.. and sometimes it’s been known to backfire in the last few weeks because of always losing stress weight. Any personal experiences or advice?

If you want to lose weight, you should! If not, don't! I did, I wasn't happy with my body and knew I was 15 lbs over the weight I should be. I didn't lose or gain stress weight closer to the wedding and my final fitting was 1 week before our wedding.

I am somewhat in the same boat. I weighed less when we first started dating almost 10 years ago. But I was also a lot more fit back then because I worked out a lot. I'm planning on sticking to a healthier diet and not having as many foods & drinks with sugar, and cutting out unnecessary carbs (corn, wheat, rice, grains) by making my own tortillas, having spaghetti squash, cauliflower, etc., And drinking bubble water or wine. Essentially a Keto/Paleo diet. As well as doing Yoga again 2 times a week with my fiance, and taking longer walks with my dog. I'm focusing on toning up, and looking/feeling good for our honeymoon.
Do what is healthy for you.
