Should i Invite the family i nanny for....

I have worked for mine for two years now and I’m not inviting them to the wedding, but mostly because it’s a small, just family and very close friends.

I did! Their girls were my flower girls since we were pretty close and I had only worked for them for about a year.

I invited the family I work for mainly because they're normal people 😁 Just really awesome family, and it was great to be able to share my day with them.

Is your FH inviting anyone he works with? And are other kids invited to the wedding? If it is just close friends and family or adults only, I would say don't invite them. If other coworkers are invites and kids, I would invite them. I didn't invite the family I nanny for because we had a DW with a limited guest list. I've worked with them for over 4 years and felt bad not inviting them. But, they completely understood. And if we had a wedding closer to home, they would have been invited. They can always decline the invite if they don't feel comfortable with going.

It all depends on the size of your wedding, your budget and your relationship with the family. If you couldn't imagine getting married without them there and your budget supports it, then yes.

I babysit regularly the kids I watch will all be in attendance at our wedding! Heck some of our most thoughtful gifts so far have come from the families of the children I watch because I am a part of their family and take such good care of their kiddos when they can't! I would invite them.. especially if you talk about the wedding and they seem interested!

I also invited the family I work for because we talked wedding a lot; gave helpful suggestions, and had no qualms with me taking a two week honeymoon. If I had never discussed my wedding with the family I work for, then I wouldn't have invited them.

I would say it depends on your budget and your relationship. I chose not to invite any of my co-workers, but my husband invited many of those he works with. It is totally your call.
