Should i email my photographer again? (proposal photos)

So I got engaged a month ago. My FH hired a photographer to capture that moment for us and I emailed her after the proposal just to ask about turn around time for the photos since I’m really excited to see them! She said it would take 3 weeks from the proposal to get them back. After 3 weeks, I sent another email to follow up with her and she said I would get them back this last week. It’s Sunday now and I haven’t received them. I’m trying to be patient but I’m also soooo antsy and excited to see those pictures since the 3 pictures she sent for my sneak peek were silhouettes with the sunrise and of my ring, nothing of the actual proposal. There’s also a small part of frustration within me that she has not been keeping her word on timelines either, but I’m trying to give the benefit of the doubt. (Side note: All of my communication to her this far has been very professional and kind). What is your guy’s opinion on this?? Do I wait a few more days to reach out to her? Is it okay to email her again today to ask for them, or would that make me annoying? Help me lol 😂
