Should i clean my dress? Recs?

So, I got married in my mini ceremony in October. We took some pictures at the venue and the beach (dry sand only) and that dress came off. I'm going to wear it again for our reception in December. I definitely should have done or thought of this way sooner (oops Smiley amazing ), but should I get it cleaned? I looked at it the other day and, apart from a little sand that fell to the bottom of the bag, I don't see anything dirty except some little scuffs on the underskirt. (That cottony one you never see). I feel like I should still get it cleaned but it's expensive to bring it to one of those fancy places, and nothing is "dirty" about it. But the dress has all this lace, appliques and beading I'm afraid to bring it to a regular dry cleaner. But maybe I'm being overly concerned. Thoughts? Also, I live in Astoria, Queens if anyone has recommendations for NYC. I can drive.

Honestly, if it doesn't look dirty and doesn't smell, I would just leave it alone and clean it after the December reception.

If you're nervous about getting it cleaned and it doesn't smell bad or look dirty - then maybe just steam it at home to freshen it up!!

I don't think you need to clean it if it looks fine and doesn't smell. I wore my dress for our minimony/elopement last May, which was outdoors. I wore it on grass, dirt/gravel roads, and some woodland trails for photos, so it got some twigs and little brambles in the lace train, but I just picked those out. Similar to you there is some very minimal discoloration on the underskirt from dust/dirt, but it's really only perceivable if you hold the underskirt up to the rest of the dress and I bought my dress pre-owned so it might have even been there before our ceremony. I only wore it for a few hours and didn't sweat in it at all. I did not have it cleaned and will be wearing it to our wedding celebration this June, after which I just plan on having it dry cleaned.
