Short brides!

Shannon, on February 17, 2020 at 1:08 PM Posted in Wedding Attire 2 24

For any fellow short brides out there, what style did you find looked best on you? I am going wedding dress shopping in the next couple weeks and am trying to figure out what shape looks best on a small frame.

Hi, I am 5’2. I liked fit and flare/trumpet on me best!

I’m 5’3” and did an A-line, but it’s pretty close to ballgown and I’m adding a skirt underneath to puff it out further. You can just see the detail in my dress better with the skirt and overall it looked better.
Mine can’t be hemmed so they measured and will be custom sized to my height (Casablanca is the designer).

I am 5'2 and i got a mermaid style dress and i think it looks good - it almost makes me look a little taller / longer.

I'm 5'2 and chose a high-low dress. So I wouldn't trip all night and it still had a small train in the back. It flared out very ballgown style, too. It was très romantique!

I’m 4’10, surprisingly the A lines looked the best on me. I ended up with the Kassidy by Morilee!

5’ and I chose A line. Sheath also looked nice but ultimately wasn’t where my heart was

    I am only 4”7 😞, and I look even shorter in A-line dresses 😖

I never like mermaid dress style, but now I do! 😍
