Lol, I have been browsing wedding shoes all night! Etsy has a surprisingly great selection, probably the best I’ve found so far. David’s Bridal has a good basic, affordable selection. Nordstrom and BHLDN also have some good choices. Still haven’t found exactly what I’m looking for either!

I know what you mean! The bottom of my dress is also lace so I need a smooth toe box and its so hard to find anything that isn’t bejeweled but is still beautiful.

I ordered my as well as my bridesmaids shoes from David's Bridal.

Definitely get a shoe that you'll wear more than once. I recommend Nordstrom, Macy's, JC Penny's, DSW.

It depends on what you want to wear. I toyed with the idea of heals for the ceremony & changing into flats/tennis shoes for the reception. I opted for tennis shoes for the whole thing- why have the added expense for shoes I’d only wear for an hour & nobody would see them? Bought a pair of white Nikes at JCPenneys on sale & flat lace shoelaces from Amazon to add to the look.
