To be fair, these are white, but I found them after a really quick search. They might have other options available for color

For formal events, I generally buy Nina shoes. They have a large, reasonably priced selection of formal shoes, and they have an entire exclusively bridal section. You can find some of their shoes at DSW or other major department stores, but I’d recommend going to their website (ninashoes.com) for a complete listing of their available shoes.

Nordstrom’s, Von Maur ( free shipping) have great selections. Like PP I bought Nina’s but wedge heel.

I just got my shoes in yesterday (from Bella Belle) and I love them! They're 2.5 inches and a nice champagne/ivory color. They're on the pricey side but after looking at probably hundreds of shoes these were the only ones that fit what I was looking for.
