I agree with PPs. Nude, silver... or even grey! My brother & sister-in-law had plum as their main wedding color a few years ago, and she got us all to get grey ballet flats with silver gemstones on the top.

Nude, silver, gold would all be good. Just give them a color and let them pick whatever is comfortable for them.

Nude or silver. Are the dresses long? If they are, I'd just let them wear whatever they want since no one will see their feet anyway.

We had plum and silver as our wedding colors so I let me bridesmaids choose any shoes that they already had or wanted in silver. I liked the look of the silver better, but that was just my opinion
