Shoe Game or Couple’s Trivia?

I didn't do this but i've seen a lot of his/hers trivia games at bridal showers and they're cute! it kinda helps the guests learn more about the bride and groom.

We did a trivia game. We had a questionnaire at each guest's seat with questions about us. Some questions were our favorite colors, food, where we met, etc. They had to at least know one answer for the favorite questions. Then they came onto the dance floor and the DJ read the question. If they got it wrong they went back to their seats. The last 10 got prices. It was a ton of fun to see how well our guests know us. This was Pre-Covid.

We did the shoe game, and it was a hit!! I found the questions from several sites online and made my own question list. My guests loved it and actually tried to guess the answers before my husband and I held up a shoe. It was a good way to get them involved. We all haven’t laughed so much in a long time. Lol!

I was thinking the shoe game for mine, but looking at other comments trivia sounds like a lot of fun!

We did the shoe game and a "would they rather" game for our shower. They were a lot of fun!

We played the shoe game! It was a hit with our guests too! I had a family member (someone who was great at public speaking) read off the questions, but he put a fun twist on it where he would ask the audience first what they think, then they would raise their hands if it was the bride or groom, then my husband and I raised our shoes to see if they were right!! It was sooo much fun, and had so many laughs, great reactions, and even got amazing photos during the game too!

We did not do either. I have been to weddings where the couple did the shoe game and the guests were bored by question 3.

It may be a regional thing, but out of the roughly 50 weddings I've attended, the last and only wedding I attended where the shoe game was played was over 10 years ago. I recall guests getting very bored and getting up to go to the bar to get more drinks. However, I've been to several couple's showers with trivia games and they were a hit in that setting!
