Shoe color

Are you paying for their shoes? If you aren’t, let them pick their own shoes and trust them to just make a good decision on their own from the shoes they already own, unless they specifically ask you what type of shoes you want them to buy. If you are paying for their shoes, gold or nude would look good with both the burgundy and pink.

Honestly, I’d probably have them all wear nude color shoes of their choosing.

You can’t go wrong with nude and unless you are buying them most ladies have a nude shoe that could work. Since the dresses are long, nobody will pay attention to them anyway.

There is no reason for shoes to match across the whole group. Ask each if the women to wear a shoe that complements the dress she is wearing. So two in petal pink, one may be in petal pink , and one in silver, and both in burgundy dresses may choose burgundy. Your women may have lots of shoes worn once or twice that go with their dress. And not one in a nude or neutral. To rule out dresses that actually match a dress, just so all match each other, is bizarre. Let each choose the shoes.

I told my bridesmaids to wear any silver-colored shoe they wanted, and most wore silver heels that they already owned. Looking back though, it was completely unnecessary. The dresses were long and nobody could see the shoes anyway.
