Shoe color!

I think the blue shoes or the white with pearls would both be ok but personally I think I would stick with the same shade of shoe colour as the dress. Your hair accessories can be pearls and in your flowers and stuff you could stick some pearls as well . Just my opinion

Are the shoes and the dress the same colours? Do you have pictures of them?

I love the idea of the white with pearls with a blue dress!

I do think the white shoes with pearls sounds pretty and would coordinate well, but if the blue shoes matches your dress I think that would work well too.

Shoes are pretty much the same color. Look a bit different just due to it being a different fabric.

Your dress (and you!) are beautiful! I think the matching color would look nice. The white might be too much of a contrast. If you want a different color, maybe a silver?

Or, since you're doing pearls - you could always add some pearls to the T strap to give the blue shoes a little bling. Or crystals!
