Hello so I would love some ideas. I am having this amazingly delicious 2 layer zucchini cake with cream cheese frosting and tons of fresh fruit for our cake instead of a traditional wedding cake. We are going to get a couple rounds for the aesthetic aspect but I want to get sheet cakes for the large portion of the serving. I am just worried it would be way to hard to serve as a traditional wedding cake.
I am doing the dreaded "rustic elegant" wedding but it is perfect for me it is on a horse ranch that is owned by family friends. Everything is definitely more on the elegant side but I am so stuck on how I want to display this cake.
I have attached pictures of the cake. Should I just do the wedding cake and not do sheet cakes?
