I'm about to start a round of Whole30! I did it back in college and lost 17 pounds in the 30 days. This time I'm more so looking to tone up and give my body a restart! I definitely recommend itSmiley smile

We just got a Peloton, so that will be my main source of exercise 3-4 days a week. After Wednesday, I will count calories and limit carbs. FH will work out and do his intermittent fasting.

I'm in the same boat! I want to get healthier for the wedding and not necessarily "skinnier" My fiance and I are starting to work-out together to keep ourselves accountable. For budget reasons we have also agreed to not eat out for the next year and to only drink water. We aren't making too many changes just little things to feel healthier Smiley smile

I have about 75 pounds I'd like to lose before my wedding. So for the new year, I am signing up with a trainer at my gym and hoping to make it out there 3-4 times a week. And then I'll track my food on MyFitnessPal.

I’m currently on WW, I do cardio 5-6 days a week and strength training 3-4 times a week. I detox once a month. More water, veggies, nuts and seeds. Limited sweets.

I’m using Weight Watchers, the online only version (app). I love it bc I can easily keep track of points rather than calories. When I shop, I can scan barcodes through the app to get an accurate point value. You also get weekly “splurge” points, so if you want to indulge, you can. And there are lots of zero point options as well. I’ve lost 17 pounds in 6 weeks through WW and exercise. It also has a great community feature in the app where you connect with fellow WW users, almost like Facebook. I highly recommend it!

I hired a coach from peak optimization performance. I'm counting and following my macros and lifting weights. Beingconsistent. I'm down 20 lbs. So about 6 months I've been on this journey.

I've cut out heavy carbs from my diet, and work out at least 3x a week. I also don't weigh myself because I don't want to focus on the number the scale shows me because I get defeated when the scale doesn't show a lower number than I expected.

I do at least 30min on the elliptical for my 10min cardio warmup then 20min going hard to get me sweating and feeling the burn! The last 30min of my workout is dedicated to weight training, or rotating on the machines. I rotate arm day, leg day, core day!

I’ve got about 20 pounds to lose for my wedding in August. Down 13lbs already! I’ve been watching my caloric intake (1350 a day), doing keto (lifestyle of high proteins and fats with clean low carbs; no sugar), working out a ton (such as boxing, cycling, barre, yoga, and running.) I feel awesome trimming up and I love that we can all support each other on here! Getting fit for our big day. Good luck ladies!!
