Here is my rough draft: 8-10 finish decorating, 10-1 hair and makeup, 1-2:30 get ready and bridal party pictures, 2:30 guests arrive/prelude, 3:00 ceremony, 3:30-4:30 cocktail hour and photos, 4:30 dinner, 5:00 speeches during dinner, 5:15 first dance and dancing opens, 6:45 cake cutting, 8:00 sparkler send off

Here was mine, and my day ran so smoothly!

8-9am bridesmaids and moms arrive to start getting ready. A few showed up early, some closer to 9. We had two stylists so two girls went at a time.

12pm- I sat down to get ready

1:50pm-first look outside of hotel

2pm- travel to church (very close to hotel)

2-4pm-photos with family and bridal party (we got these all done before the ceremony which was amazing and stress free and we had free time before the ceremony to relax all together)

4:30pm-5- ceremony

5-6 cocktail hour (we only had like 3 more pictures to take so we were able to go enjoy cocktail hour with our friends and relax before being introduced!

6pm- introductions, first dance

6:15-7- dinner served

7-father/daughter dance and mother/son dance then we went straight into cake cutting to get it done

7:30-10pm- dance floor open for all guests/party time

10pm- bride/groom exit

(we skipped the garter and bouquet toss because we wanted the dance floor open for guests to enjoy and our friends are mostly married anyhow. If I were to do those things we would have done them probably right after cake cutting to get everything done at once so we could relax and dance)
