What are you serving (or did you serve)? We're leaning toward stations (served appetizer plates) for a relaxed vibe but making sure everyone is well fed as stations do.

We haven't had our big wedding yet but we plan on having coconut shrimp, chicken teriyaki skewers, cheese trays, fruit trays, and mini crabcakes (I'm in Maryland and crabcakes are a HUGE thing here)

We did a charcuterie and fruit bar. We got married on a vineyard, so it totally fit the vibe of our wedding.

We are having an open bar and two passed apps likely sausage in pastry puff (it was delicious at the venues open house!) and probably a chicken Caesar on a crostini. Our cocktail hour is a half hour so we don’t think anything more than this is necessary.

We’re having six appetizers and an open bar during our cocktail hour. The appetizers will be crab rangoons, chicken quesadillas, creole shrimp, cheddar pierogies, fruit and yogurt, and beer cheese fondue. It was important to us that at least one was kid friendly and some were vegetarian so no one is left out.

We had three passed apps and two stations. The passed apps were beef wellington bites, cold tandoori chicken salad cups and vegetarian samosas. The stations were a mashed potato bar with a few types of mashed potatoes and a ton of fixins and a slider bar with wagyu, crabcake and pulled pork sliders with a variety of toppings.

We had a laid back wedding so we served chips and dip, veggie trays and fruit trays.
