Girl your dress is STUNNING! Maybe just use cups that don't have a back or straps. A shaper is tricky because your lower back is open

Shapewear as in bra or as in spanx kinda for your stomach/legs. The back of ur dress is really Wow! But its going to be tricky if ur looking for tummy shapewear. You would have to look for something backless if possible

Sorry! By shapewear I mean like tummy/legs. I’m hoping to loose weight so I don’t have a pooch so mainly looking for a short of some sort to prevent chafing. But everything is to spandex that it’ll give me a horrible line across my tummy or wherever it falls.

Try Spanx THINSTINCS (their other lines are thick). Also for chafing there's a product called body glide. Runners use it for long runs. My FH uses it for his marathons and I use the women's formula when I run. Go for the women's formula cuz you can get it close to your lady bits and not worry about a yeast infection (Sorry for the realness). Here's a pic! They sell it at Walmart.

I'm having the same issue. My dress also has a low back and I have to sew in my bra cups. But I still one something extra for my tummy
