Hey everyone!
I’m looking for a good shapewear for my wedding dress. I don’t need anything up to bc they built the bodice up so i don’t need a bra. However I would like something to help
control my waist and keep my thighs from rubbing together all night in agony! Im curvier so looking for something that doesn’t cause fat to roll out of the back and so that the band doesn’t roll down either. Helpppppp!!!!

I found mine at Kohl’s. Reasonably priced and good quality.

I found mine at a department store. They are Spanx and are essentially high waisted biker shorts. Super thin- completely seamless. They are a dream.

Target has a large Spanx section. Every color, shape, size, etc!

I recommend spanx too ! I bought mine at a lingerie shop !
