Shapewear for "big" ladies

So "big" ladies what shapewear do you recommend and what shapewear will you be using?
My dress is tea length and pretty tight around my stomach so I need a bit of help in that area.

Try "Maiden Form" spandex. It comes in various sizes and it's not expensive.

I like the Spanx that go basically from your bra to your knees. If your tea length dress hits below the knee, then you should be good.

Hey Lizbeth! You have a tea length wedding dress? That sounds so pretty!!
I have heard really great things about Spanx. Do you have any local department stores? They often have a great selection of shapewear and you will be able to compare different brands there. You will also be able to get input from a store assistant on what works well. .
If your budget (and the returns policy in the department store) allows, you could buy a few different options and try them on with your dress to see what feels most comfortable and what makes you feel best in your dress.
