I love my dress and it is tight. What’s the best shape wear? Also I fill like I don’t have enough up top to fill the dress in and this is after alterations. Any advice on what to get to push boobs up

Take your dress back to your seamstress/ tailor as they should adjust the dress to your concerns during your 3 bridal alteration appointments. They could place padded cup inserts or you could use bodytape for lifting. But there's Nothing wrong with small figures. To paraphrase one wise WW posted: the dress is meant to fit the Bride, not the other way around.
