Flattening your back fat is going to be difficult with your type of dress because you’ll need pretty much a backless shapewear or a backless undergarment which may not offer much shaping. Sorry.

We may be able to conceal what you don’t like about your back by adding a shear veil to give u a littl more coverage

They also have back-lift tape if you are worried about your back. I haven’t used it but I have a backless wedding dress so I might!
