Set up & Break down crew?

I have been trying to find a company who will set up and break down my wedding spaces. My venue says that the caterer usually does this, but our caterer will most likely be a smaller diner we love who most likely doesn’t do this. Before booking them, we wanted to find a company who would be able to set up and break down our ceremony & reception. We have also talked about hiring moving guys, but we’re not sure if they would do it either. Does anyone else have experience with this or have any suggestions or recommendations for a set up crew? We are getting married in Poughkeepsie for distance reference.
