Serving pie over cake/cupcakes?

I went to a wedding that served individual little bread puddings or lava cake. That was interesting. The problem with that is there would be more of one than the other leftover from what I saw. So if I were you I'd go with a limited number of flavors. Like don't get 5 different flavors aha. Just stick to a couple.

I am not serving pie but I did go to a friends wedding a year ago and they had pie. Not sure how many pies total they had. But they had apple a berry and a pumpkin , their wedding was in October. I thought it was all delicious any type of desert is fine in my opinion. I think that too many pie options would be hard I would stick to just a few!

I went to a wedding recently that had pie, and I thought it was great! The couple doesn't like cake, but love pie, so it was very fitting for them. They had a few different flavors - apple, peach, berry, and maybe one other I'm not remembering.

I would have at least 2 flavors. One fruity and one more decedent.
